Dear All,
I would like to kindly ask you for your help. We are having a time lapse Z stack images (3 channels). We need to prepare movies of combinations of these channels. The problem is that we need to crop one channel just to one slice but use the rest of two channels as a MIP (from all possible slices). Is there any possibility somehow to crop just one channel from three?
