I am wondering, what is the difference to the SCAPE approach from E. Hillman's group? (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4317333/) The beam path geometry appears to be similar. Sorry if this is not obvious to me. My Focus on Microscopy 2019 presentation slides <https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/e/2PACX-1vRIwXpX4IkhVHNha-SlVtEIfNCyUP2Lgmd0w3sIYsaPcLyWO93ec1NDzQRGg6Ws8N22PvYaNCGyIjB9/pub?start=false&loop=false&delayms=60000&slide=id.p> give a nice overview of how this works. Link also available on website: https://andrewgyork.github.io/high_na_single_objective_lightsheet/ Thanks for your interest, Alfred.
