IX70 cube changer

Search the CONFOCAL archive at http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal

Hi everyone.  is anyone aware of a motorized cube changer for the Olympus  IX 70? I know of the Conix device but is only for the old Nikon stands.

Looking for ideas

Simon

Hello Simon,
Not sure if it will suit the IX70, but the IX2-RFACA motorized mirror unit turret fits under the the objective turret of our IX81 and suits the IX71 as well. It plugs directly into the IX2-UCB.
Perhaps this will suit your needs.
Cheers
Farid

Farid, it will work, for anyone else out there who is interested... the problem is that its a kind of expensive solution to a cheap problem.
