Dear All,
I'm trying to import an msr file, created by LaVision's ImSpector software, into Huygens Pro. Is there a way to do this, in your experience? Alternatively, can these files be converted into a more common format? So far I haven't found anything to open it (LOCI in ImageJ, Volocity, Huygens Pro X11). Amira 5.2 sort of recognises it as a type of RAW, but the loaded image looks like salt-and-pepper noise. Someone sent me this file, so I don't have the ImSpector software.
All suggestions or pointers will be much appreciated!
Zoltan

Hi Zoltan,
If you are willing to send this file off-list, we (the Bio-Formats team) would be happy to add support for it. You could then open the file in ImageJ and convert it to TIFF (or some other common format). If the file is smaller than 15 MB, you can send it to the Bio-Formats support address (see http://loci.wisc.edu/ome/formats-contact.html); otherwise, I can provide you with our FTP server information off-list. Hello Melissa and Zoltan, There is no need to make a reader because the LaVision's ImSpector software has the possibility to save the images as OME-TIFFS. In that way they can be read directly into the Huygens Professional. With best regards, Gitta Hamel **************************************
