Projects will focus on analysis of large datasets from light sheet and confocal microscopy. They include correlation with behavior and use of high performance computing. Comfort with Matlab/Python/Linux is important and experience with server systems and hardware is desirable. The position is in the NIH Intramural Progam. We would be happy to discuss details of the projects with interested and qualified candidates. Formal applications will handled by an outside contractor.
