ImageJ and OpenLab files

Does anyone know if ImageJ can open OpenLab files (.LIFF)? I have a scientist that has lost his access to OpenLab software and has pictures in this format. If so.... Can you give me a short description of how to do this?

Hi Mike,
ImageJ plus the LOCI Bio-Format importer should be able to open liff
files. I don't know how well are the metadata supported but for the
price it is worth a try. And if there are any problems, the team that
support the project are very helpfull.
