Can anybody advise on what gelatin (Type A or Type B) and
source (bovine or porcine) is better for cell culture on glass slides.
Also if a procedure for making the solution, coating
and at what % works well will be great.
I am wondering if anyone has experience with FRET pairs using mKATE from
Evrogen?
I am interested in using this FP in FRET experiments on a CRI
instrument. Any comments on successful endeavors or not so successful
endeavors would be appreciated.
