I have very successful integrated an intra-vital imaging system (SP5
w/DeepSee LASER), included anesthesia and monitoring into a core facility.
I hold the AAALAC protocol for the imaging, while the investigators hold
the AAALAC for the surgical procedures. This microscope is also used in 1P
mode for more routine imaging.
