Greetings Colleagues,
The University Imaging Centers, a Nikon Center of Excellence, is hiring in order to expand its service offerings to researchers in an exciting area of imaging. We will be hiring a full-time staff member to optimize the best clearing and labeling methodologies for our diverse and expansive user-base, including clearing methods developed in the UIC as well as numerous published clearing protocols. We have single and multi-photon confocal scopes and light-sheet systems specially designed for cleared tissue imaging. We are further evaluating additional imaging tools to add to our imaging resources. We have also added to our computational hardware and software resources. These efforts are possible thanks to the broad joint support of ITN, the MDT addiction team, Department of Neuroscience, the AHC/Medical School, the OVPR’s office and the UIC.
