Andor
Technology is looking to add to our ever-expanding team of imaging applications
specialists
and product support engineers. The positions are available immediately and
described below:
Imaging
Applications Specialist will be based on the West Coast of the USA and have primary
responsibilities that include:
- Building relationships with new and existing
customers through visits, workshops and referrals.
- Demonstrate system solutions to researchers that
are interested in the purchase of our Revolution confocal live cell
imaging systems.
- Continually add to our system solutions by
collaborating with leading-edge research labs by keeping up to date with
new products and applications.
- Work with our R&D and engineering departments
as the voice of the customer to ensure the highest quality of products and
customer service are continually outpacing market expectations.
The product
support position will be located out of our South
Windsor, CT office and have primary responsibilities that include:
- Install equipment for and provide
training to customers as required to facilitate the sale of products
- Provide answers to technical queries
from customers, distributors and Andor staff, both before and after sale.
- Assist in the general support and
training of sales engineers, distributors and customers.
- Facilitate efficient handling of
customer returns and demonstration stock.
