Scientific Liaison and Sales Representative
Belgium-Netherlands-Norway-Finland-Denmark-Sweden
Start date: early 2010.
We (

(MSc minimum, PhD or equivalent desirable) with strong computer skills and
at least one year of hands-on experience using a confocal or similar 3D
advanced light microscope. Individuals with relevant post doctoral
experience and/or sales/business experience are encouraged to apply and will
be considered for a "Senior" grade. Essential language skills: Dutch and
English (native equivalent); desirable language skills: Swedish (fluent).
The key duties of this position are:
* Customer visits and analysis of customer's imaging needs.
* Demonstration of the software and onsite work with the customer
* Acquisition of new customers
* Organization of exhibitions and workshops
* Sales support of existing customers
The successful candidate is expected to have an outgoing personality with
strong communication skills and should look forward to increased
responsibility. This post is based in the Netherlands and requires around
40% travel (to cover Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Denmark and
Sweden).
