LOCI Bio-Formats bug... ?

Search the CONFOCAL archive at
http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal

Hello, It seems that there is an important bug in the imageJ loci
plugin:

With leica confocal files ".lif" if there are more then one image or
stack included in the ".lif" file the plugin sets the properties with
the pixel or voxel size of the first image for ALL the images/stacks
contained in the ".lif" file. Even if you open only one image (not the
first one and with different pixel size) the properties of the image
are wrong.

Maybe this concerns only ".lif" files... but my feeling is that all
the file formats that contain multi image in one file could be
concerned...

Thank you...

Search the CONFOCAL archive at http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal Hi Leon,

Thank you very much for reporting this bug.  The latest trunk build of Bio-Formats (available at http://loci.wisc.edu/ome/formats-download.html) fixes this problem - please let us know if it does not work for you.

Regards,
-Melissa
