Hello Alejandra. Is the dynamic range of the unmixed image compressed, unknown to you? Something simple, but perhaps worth checking.

Hello everyone.
I´m using the lambda mode for FRET in a Zeiss LSM710 microscope.
When we select the frame to scan, the lambda image is not saturated, but after
the unmixing process, the channels are saturated. I don´t know if this depends on
the intensity of the spectra selected from the database, or if that difference is
just because the unmixing channels are composed of more than one of the
spectral channels.
