Laser shut down of an LSM 510

Hi everyone,

On an  Zeiss LSM 510, we have an alternate problem that we cannot  solved.

Error messages from the Laser module A6 RGB LM-IF appears and that
provoque a shutdown of the LASER (488-543-633).

Does anyone have encounters that kind of problems and if yes, what was your
solutions?
