Dear Listers,
We have a Leica SP5 Confocal/MP. At the moment we are using this huge
20X1.0 objective which cause a lot of trouble when placing
recording/stimulation electrodes in acute slices. I thinking about
buying two "normal" objectives to be able to place the electrodes
without breaking them as well as to be able to do calcium imaging .
Which objectives would be the best? Any suggestion are highly appreciated.
