A new confocal will arrive half November and therefore I have to make space and sell off our Leica SP5 CLSM.
The system is built on a DMI 6000 CS inverted microscope and was purchased in 2006. It was upgraded with 2 HyD detectors in 2012 and computer in 2015. It has 3 PMT at position 1, 3 and 5; HyDs at position 2 and 4.
The system has been under service contract for its full lifetime, except for laser replacement. It is in full working condition (still used almost daily), except for the 594 nm laser and DIC.
