Dear all,

for fluorescence spectra, there are wonderful resources on the web, such
as the Spectra Database at the University of Arizona. Are there
compilations of fluorescence lifetimes also available somewhere? My
search didn't come up with something useful so far.

Hi Steffen,

Mikhail Berezin's excellent review article lists a bunch (
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2924670/).

Best wishes,
Vladimir

Hi Steffen,

I am not aware of any web resource other than http://www.iss.com/resources/research/technical_notes/K2CH_FLT.html

But here's another reference.

Hi Steffen,

George McNamara put together a collection of reference tables with the properties of over 2000 fluorophores. Fluorescence lifetimes of some of the fluorophores are also included. You can find it here https://works.bepress.com/gmcnamara/9/  (look for 2007 Fluorophores table).

Regards.

For fluorescent proteins: http://www.fpvis.org/FP.html

And the supplementary information here: https://media.nature.com/original/nature-assets/nmeth/journal/v8/n5/extref/nmeth.1596-S1.pdf

And a few frequency-domain references here: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/ac062160k
