My name is Rose. My Project In charge suggested me to look at the software scope for cell imaging as we are planning to develop free ware on line tool.
Please suggest is there any need to develop software to analyze live cell imaging data? What type of computational analysis is required to study live cell imaging. Please comment!
It would be helpful if some I would get some relevant publications related to computational analysis of live cell imaging data.
