Hello all,
I have been trying to stain tubulin in live sperm cells in culture. They are stained when in Talp Hepes and incubated at 37 C . Sperms do not survive when I look under normal transmission light after even a couple of hours of adding the stain. The quality of the sperm was in good motile condition before adding the stain. I have tried stain from Cells Direct and Cytoskeleton. But both don't work. Any suggestions would be appreciated for live cell imaging or even better if specific to sperm live cell staining.
