Hello Folks,

I am interested in measuring gas flow in an incubation system, for the purpose
of some complex live cell imaging.

I have control over gas composition, that is not a problem.  What I need is a
quantitative method of determining the volume of gas delivered per unit time.

Any direct experience with this that could be shared?  Lots of things on the
market, but not clear to me what would be best.

Regards,

Dan

Dan,

Semi Commercial Response.  I am an Image Analysis consultant with many
years experience in microscopy and the laboratory in general. Based on
experience, I strongly recommend that you contact Omega
(http://www.omega.com/). Their engineers are happy to talk with you in
detail about your application and recommend the best options for your
budget and application.

I do not and have never worked for Omega, I am just a repeatedly
satisfied customer.

Chris
