Looking for mediawiki share facilities web

Hello all,
Several weeks ago I found a good common web resource from several
cooperative microscopy facilities in one University from the north of
Europe (I think). It was made in mediawiki environment and all the
microscopes, objectives, etc from  3-4 facilities were listed and even
connected to a database (I suppose). After several days looking for that
place again, it has been impossible for me to find it. I was very
interested in this kind of web resource for all the facilities in the
city were I am.
Please if someone remember something that could match this diffuse
information I'll be very greatful.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards

Juan Luis

Hi  Juan Luis

Yes thats us here in Dresden.
We have a shared info resource for equipment and teaching etc.
in the form of a mediawiki plus semantic wiki for easy to use forms
to make editing the content easier for novices.

involved institutions are
MPI-CBG (light and electron microscopy and image processing facilities)
TU-Dresden (biotec centrum, and MTZ imaging facilites

All based at the "Biopolis Dresden" campus around the university hospital campus.
We meet every month and are looking at get german and EU funding to develop
the communication and information we curate there,
as part of the "Dresden Concept" and of the ideas of the "eurobioimaging.eu" and german DFG funding concepts
for core facilities.

I'm happy to chat to you by skype or email if you, or anyone else is interested...

we are thinking of changing the name from the rather unglamorous
imaging facility network - biopolis dresden
to the catchier and more googleable:
BioDIP (Biopolis Dresden Imaging Platform)

or similar....

cheers

Dan
