Dear all,
It is not a confocal question, but I thought a lot of live-cell imaging
specialists are also here. I'd like to do three-color live cell imaging,
with a blue FP cell filler together with a red FP transferrin receptor
fusion. Would anyone here have plasmids coding for soluble EBFP2, as well
as TfR-TdTomato, that he would be kind enough to share?
