LysoSensor yellow-blue (PDMPO) and MP

Search the CONFOCAL archive at http://listserv.acsu.buffalo.edu/cgi-bin/wa?S1=confocal

Hello all,

Does anybody have experience with Invitrogen’s  pH-sensor for lysosymes LysoSensor yellow-blue (PDMPO) and multiphoton excitation? What would be a good wavelength to excite the probe?

Thanks for all recommendations,

Els

Hi Els (and others),

Did you receive any answers on this?

I have a user who is keen to try this reagent on our multiphoton system...
