Dear confocal listserv,
Reading the In retrospect: Sylva, "Gabriel Hemery celebrates the 350th
anniversary of John Evelyn's treatise on the science and practice of
forestry."
http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v507/n7491/full/507166a.html(open access, as far as I can tell)
reminded me that the 350th anniversary of publication of Robert Hooke's
Micrographia is next year, 2015. Are there going to be any official
microscopy celebrations of this anniversary?
