Hello, All,
We are getting a "Controllogic" error when LaserSharp 2000 (NT) starts up reading " Recursive Sub ToSS_Command Phase called more than specified number of times. Please Check Scan Card". I removed the scan card from the computer (PowerEdge2300), dusted it off and replaced it, but the error remained. Has anyone seen that error message before? Does anyone know where I can obtain a replacement scan card if indeed the scan card is malfunctioning.
