Dear All
Does anyone have a manual for a Yokogawa Confocal Scanner Unit Model CSU22, or know where I can get one. Note I already have the manual for the CSU21 which is readily available online but I believe the CSU22 has a few significant differences.
Failing that does anyone know the external operation command set to control the unit

I have the manual if anyone else wants a copy.

Micro-manger 1.4, and higher,  runs the CSU-22, CSU-X, CSU-W1 and SoRa Yokogawa heads.
