Hi,

Can anyone help me to figure out how to bypass the automatic control of Axio Observer Z1 ?

I want to use 2 different wavelength (359 and 498) to excite GFP but the system does not allow me to choose excitation and emission independently.
Whenever I choose GFP, the system automatically switch on 498nm.  Is there any way that I can control exci/em  independently ?
Thank you.

Your question is not really clear. Your excitement is it made with a fluorescent
lamp ? IF yes you just have to change the configuration in Zen. Otherwise
change the fluorescent cube. In any case this is a customization program that
can manage Zen.
