To join, leave or search the confocal microscopy listserv, go to: http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=confocalmicroscopy ***** Dear Colleagues, For those microscopy list subscribers located near the Texas Medical Center in Houston, please note the Image-based drug screening symposium described below. There is a terrific list of US and European imaging-oriented scientists that will be speaking during a 1.5 day symposium held on the Rice University campus, and sponsored by our local Screening Program. Typically, many of these speakers meet in San Francisco each January at the annual High Content Analysis meeting, a great meeting not easily accessible to all. For those of you interested in automated microscopy and analysis, this is a unique opportunityŠŠand registration is complimentary (!). Also, since some Outreach money just became available, a few slots are available to help students/postdocs attend the meeting (airfare/hotel/etc). Please see the summary and link below for further details. Feel free to write me off-line if you have questions. Best regards, Mike *************************** *************************** Michael A.
