McGhee-Von Hippel (MvH) method

Hello everybody,

I like to study bindings of CT-DNA with metal complexes using UV spectroscopy. By using McGhee-Von Hippel (MvH) method using the expression Bard and coworkers, I like to calculate intransic equilibrium binding constant (Kb) and size of base pairs (s).

Please tell me in detail how I should proceed.
