The Bioimaging Core facility seeks a motivated, interactive and independent individual to manage the high resolution and high throughput instruments in the core. The primary functions of this position entail operating the Leica SP8 STED Super-resolution microscopy and Molecular Devices Micro 4 confocal High Throughput cell imager systems for members of the University-wide researcher community, as well as training and assessing the proficiency of those interested in independent operation. This will include advising users on optimal design for sample preparation, digital image acquisition and analysis, capabilities and limitations of the instrumentation, and interpretation of the data. Evaluation and implementation of potential new instrument capabilities will also be important. For a complete description of the position, please https://recruit.jefferson.edu/psc/hcmp/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/HRS_HRAM_FL.HRS_CG_SEARCH_FL.GBL?Page=HRS_APP_SCHJOB_FL&Action=U  or contact Dr. Claudio Giraudo at [hidden email]<mailto:[hidden email]> .
