Dear All,
One of our users is doing 2 color TIRF experiment, using GFP and Alexa647,
working with the Bio-01 glasscoverslips .
We would need a stationary object (avidin-beads?) on the slide, for
alignment of frames of the timelapse experiment for the image analysis.
Does anybody have this kind of motion control, or the idea, how to perform
this control?
I will be grateful for your input.
