Hello all,
As much of you know, in ZEN you can't perform a multiROI quantification
in a simple XY plane neither in a z-stack. Instead of this, one have to
do a "snake routine" to convert the z-stack to time and then one can
measure multiROIs with the meanROI tab. It is a very dissapointing issue
for and all my users and other companies have solved it several years
ago. It seems that they are not going to change.
Does anybody knows the reason why they are so unwilling to change this?
