I already submitted Tiki_Goddess

your entries.

Sincerely,

p.s. Alby, Jim and Guy - any of you in speedos is not an appropriate
cover image for any of these journals.

Dear All,

Is there good 4D image registration algorithm that does not require 3+ fixed points, e.g. not based on fiducial marks, available. For example, for registration of live embryos during xyzt acquisition? Something alike

that is adjusted to live embryo imaging?

Hi Vitaly,

If you are only interested in registration you may like to try the Correct3D Drift plugin
(http://fiji.sc/wiki/index.php/Correct_3D_drift).

This is not as sophist acted as the example you gave but will do registration in x,y,z over time.

Best wishes

Rob
