New building options - feedback request from facilities NOT located on ground floor/basement

I concur with Evangelos, our building has a 20 Hz frequency which is not a problem for either wide-field or confocal microscopes (optical tables used).  However, temperature and to a lesser extent humidity are much more crucial and should be given design consideration in a new building.
