Newport MaiTai 2-photon laser maintenance

I agree,  service/support tends to be a location dependent phenomena, not
only with LASERs but with microscopes as well.  Here in the North East (US),
Spectral Physics support is outstanding and I would/do recommend them
highly.

Ditto in Iowa. Newport/SpectraPhysics provides great support in the Midwest (service engineer Dave Virgillito covers our territory). I do not have any experience with other MP laser suppliers.
