I have recently inherited a Nikon C1 confocal system unfortunately there is a software issue that is preventing me from using it. I have followed all instructions from the manual for setup and reinstalled the software however, when trying to launch the software it crashes leaving the following error message "Exception in EzINFO bridge file method Connect called from pcm2scan". Has anyone encountered this issue before and know of a fix ? It would be a shame to loose good hardware due to a minor software hiccup.
