Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone has a had a chance to test the Olympus 25x "multiphoton" objective which I've seen in several of the trade magazines in recent months...
I heard it had been held up but maybe it is out in US by now?
It doesn't seem to be available in Australia yet but I need to do some budgeting soon so it would good to have an idea if is something we should be looking at. We are reasonably happy with the 20x/40x/60x Olympus dipping objectives that we currently use on our LaVision Biotec TriMscope. However there are often occasions when a coverslip would be helpful and, at least from the press release, it sounds like the 25x objective would offer us more flexibility in that regard.
