Hallo,
does anybody have a pin-out diagram for Olympus shutters? Our FV1000/IX81
system has a mercury lamp illuminator for widefield fluorescence observation
and an Olympus shutter on that housing that is connected to the confocal
scanner box (and controlled by the fluoview software). Occasinally I use the
microscope for non-confocal work and would like to utilize that same shutter,
controlling it through the microscope frame (there are two female connectors
for shutters on the IX81). Unfortunately, the cable has a different connector
than those on the frame, and Olympus would not share the pin-out diagram of
either the shutter cable or the connectors on IX81.
