Hello All,
Does anyone have any experience or know of anyone collecting a mosaic
set of images for stitching using an Olympus FV300 confocal with the
Protocol Processor (PAPP) and the FluoView XY Stage program?
The software is not fully communicating with the motorized XY stage
(Prior Proscan II). The stage will move when setting it up with some
preset registration points (i.e. 3x3) created in the XY Stage program.
However, it will not populate all the registered point information (i.e.
x and y positions) in the Protocol Processor, therefore will not collect
the images. I am also having problems with expanding the stage limits
to more that about 1/2" square and how to set the correct travel
distance for each registered point. Is the PAPP software suppose to
calculate the distance for each point?
Any help with this matter will be greatly appreciated.
