Dear List,

we have an old IX50 body with a 80/20 splitter. I would like to exchange that with a 100% splitter.
Did anybody ever tried that and might now where to get parts?
Thanks!

Jens

Is this a fixed 80/20 splitter or on a slider?
If it is on a slider it is possible to change out the beamsplitter however, you will have to replace the beamsplitter with a glass having the same refractive index, and optical length as the original prism. It also will need to be broad-band AR coated.  If it is not on a slider I guess you have decided to sacrifice the other image path!
