The Microscopy and Image Analysis Platform (MIAP) Freiburg invites you
to a workshop on:

Open Application Development (OAD) and Automated Microscopy

Smart Acquisition Strategies and Automation

June 20 - June 22 2017

The advanced workshop is designed for microscopists and programmers with
knowledge in Python scripting and will give an overview about the
various options allowing to automate workflows. Three use cases will be
presented in talks and different examples will be explained in detail
and programmed during the hands-on sessions. Own programming projects
are very welcome to be done and discussed during the workshop. The
workshop is supported by two experienced programmers from Carl Zeiss
Microscopy. The third day will be dedicated to test the programmed
macros on 6 different microscope setups, which are driven by the ZEN
Blue software.
