Dear list,
This post is not about confocal, but on structured illumination
microscopy (SIM) and our OpenSIM - open source software for SIM
post-processing.
Although SIM heavily relies on post-processing, and the development of
other super-resolution techniques such as PALM/STORM/SOFI are largely based
on open source initiatives, there has been very few open-source SIM code
available so far (except for SIMToolbox, which is based on jar). Our work
hence bridges such gap.

We thank the long standing support from the community, and we do
believe that the open source softwares, together with the commercial
softwares, will make our community better.
Sincerely,
Peng Xi
