Dear Gabor -
We have at our Eurobioimaging node here in Oslo such a set. Up - JPK tweezer set up on an Nikon confocal Microscope - with adapted microinjection system
Works well - but due to lack of technical manpower this is not much in use - we are focussing on giving service mostly for live cell imaging and superresolution.
However, we still could be of help as one of the users is still here
Contact me for use - this was built by JPK - so they are the experts
This confocal is not used for anything else
Best wishes
Oddmund

Dear All,
Is there anyone who has implemented already an optical tweezer (commercial one) on a laser scanning confocal microscope? For a special project we are thinking of such a setup and any experience/remark would be highly appreciated. We would try to make it work on a Leica SP8 system (using a microscope stand with an "infinity port") but we could clearly profit from advises concenring other systems as well.
Thanks Gabor
