Therefore, we offer the PE UltraView for sale to any interested group in Switzerland or the EU. The plan is, that after initial contact and discussion, a potential buyer will come to the IMCF in Basel and will test the still running system (has to happen before the installation of the new system in June). If he/she likes the system, the buyer should then agree to disassemble, pack and ship the system by himself/herself (or with help of PE) and on his/her own costs. We will communicate the price of the system upon email request. Please see the system specifications below: SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS: - Imaging: Fast live imaging with low phototoxicity; FRAP - Stand: Leica DMI 6000B with adaptive focus control - XY-stage: motorized - Fully equipped for live imaging, temperature and CO2 controlled - Yokogawa CSU-X1 Confocal Scanner Unit - Photokinesis (FRAP) unit - Software: Volocity CAMERA SPECIFICATIONS: - Model: two Hamamatsu C9100-50 frame transfer EMCCD cameras - Effective number of pixels: 1000 x 1000 - Cell size: 8.0µm x 8.0µm - Effective Area: 8.0mm x 8.0mm - Max frame rate: 28.1 frames/second - Dynamic range: 14 bit - Quantum efficiency (peak): > 60% - Read out noise at min EM gain: 10 electrons - Read out noise at max EM gain: <1 electron TWO ACQUISITION MODES AVAILABLE: - SINGLE camera setup - DUAL camera setup OBJECTIVES (Objective - Magnification / NA - Medium - Working Distance) - HC PLAN APO 10x / 0.40 - IMM - 0.36 mm - HC PLAN APO 20x / 0.70 - IMM - 0.26 mm - HXC PLAN S APO 40x / 1.25-0.75 - oil - 0.1 mm - HXC PLAN S APO 63x / 1.40-0.60 - oil - 0.1 mm - U PLAN S APO 100x / 1.40-0.70 - oil - 0.09 mm LASERLINES (6 solide state lasers) - 405nm, 50 mW (DAPI) - 445nm, 40 mW (CyanFP) - 488nm, 50 mW (GFP, Alexa488, CY2, OregonGreen) - 514nm, 25 mW (YellowFP) - 561nm, 50 mW( RedFPs, Alexa568) - 640nm, 40 mW (DRAQ5, CY5, Alexa648) DICHROICS Dichroic - Extra Emission Filter 1 - Extra Emission Filter 2 - Kit No - 580 nm edge - dual band 594/42-730/140 - dual band 448/55-523/47 - L7268950 - 509 nm edge - dual band 594/42-730/140 - 475/42 - L7268951 BANDPASS FILTERS (Emitters) Fluorochromes - Bandpass - Emission - DAPI / RFP - Dual-band - 445 / 60-615 / 70 - CFP / Far-Red - Dual-band - 485 / 60-705 / 90 - GFP - Single-band - 525 / 50 - YFP - Single-band - 550 / 49 Please feel free to forward this email to any interested person or group.
