SUMMARY:
3i seeks a product manager for its VIVO 2-Photon line of multiphoton microscope
systems, including dual galvanometric, resonant scanning, and combined configurations
for both in vivo and in vitro imaging, with an emphasis on tightly integrated
photostimulation (both digital holographic and point scanning) as well as 2pFLIM.
3i is a leading producer of advanced light microscopy systems. In addition to multiphoton
systems, 3i produces spinning disk confocal, widefield FLIM, TIRF, diSPIM, and Lattice
LightSheet systems. Based in Denver, Colorado and Göttingen, Germany, 3i also has field
staff throughout the US and Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work closely with 3i's R&D team to further advance the functionality and ease of use of
3i's multiphoton instruments
* Train 3i staff on new technologies and assist with sales demos
* Interview existing customers for feedback on both hardware performance and
SlideBook software control
* Help specify custom enhancements to both hardware and software
* Assist with marketing efforts (conferences, courses, and workshops)
QUALIFICATIONS:
* PhD in neuroscience, physics, or related fields and have extensive experience using
multiphoton systems, preferably for in vivo applications
* Ability to travel approximately five days per month, including occasional travel to
Europe
* Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications skills
* Ability to write web content and white papers that highlight customer applications
* Ability to create and give talks to both large (conference) and small (individual lab)
audiences
* Must be a citizen or permanent resident of USA
