I have an image of microtubules. For each microtubule, I drew a ROI around corresponding microtubule, 7 pixels wide, and decomposed it into series of 1x7 pixel "images" of microtubule cross-section. I would like to fit PSF for given optical condition to each of cross-section and obtain the values: goodness-of- fit, estimated maximum value, and estimated maximum position. Yes, it is like STORM, but I don't know if software presented in Zhuang Research Lab homepage suits the task. Best, Sergey |
