Hello, with regard to the Zeiss 880 confocal, can anyone confirm what the photon read out rate is for the central single GaAsP detector -Chl2 versus the red sensitive PMT -chl3 when the digital gain has been set to its lowest setting of 0.2 to obtain the maximum read out rate. We do not have the 32 channel GaAsP fitted but I would be interested in finding out the read out rate of this detector as well, regards confocal list
