FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Intelligent Imaging Innovations, Inc (3i) is a global leader in advanced
multi-dimensional microscopy software and systems.
We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to be based in the
East Coast of the United States. Primary job responsibilities include
the installation, maintenance and repair of instruments distributed by
3i. This position deals directly with customers, in-house support, sales
staff, and other departments. The ideal candidate will be detail
oriented, self-motivated, and have the ability to communicate and work
well with others.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
. Installation, maintenance and repair of instruments at customer
sites
. Provides technical support to customers and 3i application
specialists
. Resolves technical equipment problems through phone support,
email and on-site customer visits in an efficient and timely manner
. Initiate the sale of service agreements and follow-up on
existing agreements
Qualifications:
. Bachelors or masters degree in an engineering field
. Willingness and ability to travel domestically
. Team oriented
. Self-starter with ability to work with minimal direct
supervision
. Excels at and enjoys working with mechanical and electronic
systems
. High-level knowledge of current computer technology
. Good written and verbal communications skills
. Highly organized with an attention to detail
