*Position Summary*
We are seeking a postdoctoral associate with strengths in image analysis
and microscopy. The position is for the study of protein trafficking in
polarized epithelia and a candidate is being sought to extend our
live-imaging group. Our microscopy resources include a dual-EMCCD spinning
disk confocal, a widefield system with dual Flash4.0 v2 sCMOS with
extensive environmental control and an elaborate perfusion setup and
several other systems. We are set up for FRET, FRAP, TIRF and use ZEN 2 and
Huygens software packages and all has been kept very clean and well
organized with a large centralized RAID server. Applicants should have an
interest in protein trafficking, however training in quantitative image
acquisition and analysis are required.
