This message is mostly addressed to Zeiss engineers and to owners of new CLSMs that projects scanning beam onto 2x2 photodiode matrix. Is it possible to obtain image in form of list "galvo mirrors' positions | 4 values for the sensitive matrix (charge or intensity)"?
